There are quite a few typos in this text. For example.. ABC's of melanoma -- E is described as elevation (should be evolution); "caliper" motion is written as "caliber" motion (repeatedly). Can be confusing if you're learning the material from the first time from this text. If ordering this text, be sure to order the most recently printed as I believe they corrected many of these errors.
If you are hoping to get access to the online content with the purchase of the e-textbook, you will be disappointed. I paid $85 for the e-textbook on Amazon thinking I would be able to access the online videos; I was not. Then JB Learning wanted an additional $30 to be able to access the online content.
Great text for H&P, especially if you're using Shadow Health. The only thing missing is PEDS.

Mackinnon, herself a shamanic practitioner, tells the reader about traditional and modern shamanism, which contribute to physical and psychological healing. Her book leads us through the shamanic journey, ceremonies and rituals, dancing with spirit, the medicine wheel, relationships with nature, and sacred medicine plants. The many exercises in the book make shamanism a practical experience for anyone willing to engage with Mackinnon’s proposals.Two other books on shamanism complement this one. Michael Harner’s, Cave and Cosmos: Shamanic Encounters with Another Reality, emphasises journeying and provides ample cases to enlighten the modern practitioner. Serge Kahili King, a shaman in the Hawaiian tradition, offers in his book, Instant Healing, the benefits of a long accumulation of shamanic knowledge about a wide variety of healing techniques for numerous ailments.
